Returns

• You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal) within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items (if applicable) and items on sale are not eligible for returns.
